AWOSOPE Claudius Ojo Aremu (Professor) – Chairman Awosope, a renowned professor of Electrical/Electronics Engineering and Head of the Department of Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Lagos is the Chairman of the company. Professor, aside being an outstanding academic with several engineering publications in scientific journals to his credit is a research guru and a practical oriented personality who has been involved and still involved in the promotion of many groundbreaking projects in the Nigerian Telecommunications industry. A member of the University Senate and other numerous professional bodies. He is a renowned expert of Digital Electronics and Communications Systems. He has served in several capacities within the academic environment, the public sector and in corporate orgasnisations including NEPA (now PHCN), Schlumberger and TACAS Associates. He is a consultant to NITEL and many other organizations. He is a happily married man who sits on the council of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN) as well as serving in several Councils’ committees. He is on several committees of the Standards Organisation of Nigeria and member of the National Committee on Engineering Infrastructure. A very dynamic and versatile expert who is on the services of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) as chief examiner and moderator for Economics/Statistics and Quantitative Techniques.
Olushola Babatunde A. – Chief Operation Officer Alistair is the Chief Operation Officer. This Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Cisco Certified Network Association (CCNA), and Harris certified microwave Engineer is a professionally competent Communications and Wireless Transmission Systems installation, design and Implementation Engineer with deep knowledge of the Nigerian telecommunication network development and integration. He was actively involved in the installation, commissioning and testing of many network roll out backbone rings and access links including that of MTN, Celtel, M-Tel, Cellcom, Oduatel and Bell Benin in Cotonou. Prior to joining Survenet he has worked in several organizations in Nigeria both as systems/Network Engineer and Transmission Engineer for Bacom Communications and Symba Technology. He is a very practical person who has passion for upholding international engineering standards and practices. His believe in Survenet’s Mission made him to join hands with other Management team of the company as the head of operation.
Oluyemi Adeola . – Chief Technical Officer The Chief Technical Officer is a professional expert in Communications and Wireless Transmission Systems, Transmission Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Maintenance and RF Planning. He is a Harris certified Microwave Transmission Engineer, Elcotel Payphone Certified Installer and DaRT Certified Installer (Configuration & Software). He has developed a deep passion for Transmission Line of Sight Survey and unequalled strength in Transmission Systems Design & Planning, Link Analysis and Microwave Link Design using Path Loss IV and Network design and implementation of spread spectrum radios. He holds a Master of Project Management Degree as well as M.Sc Degree Communication/Electronic Engineering both of University of Lagos. He actively participated in the Transmission Network Design for many network operators including Mtel, NITEL, Celtel, Globacom, Reltel, Cellcom, Intercellular and Bell Benin Republic amongst many others. Before pitching tent with Survenet he has worked in several telecommunications engineering companies including African Telecommunications Network Limited, Blue Chip Communication Nigeria Limited and NEC. He is a member of prominent professional bodies including Nigeria Society of Engineers, Institute of Electrical Engineer United Kingdom, North American Cartographic Information Society (NACIS), U.S.A and Nigerian Institute of Management.
LATEEF Kehinde Babatunde – Chief Finance Officer The Chief Finance Officer is responsible for the company’s overall financial strategy and banking relationship. He is a graduate of University of Ibadan, Nigeria with B.Sc in Economics, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (C.I.M.A) London and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Nigeria. He has over twenty years diverse banking and industrial accounting experience traversing Trade Bank Plc, Union Bank Plc, International Merchant Bank and John Holt Plc amongst others. Prior to joining Lucratel, he was the Head of Corporate Banking at Trade Bank Plc. He is married with three children.
Kuku Damisi – Business Development and Strategy He is the head of business strategy and process design. He has had vast experience and accumulated diverse knowledge in the field of project management with deep interest in research and corporate strategy. Prior to teaming with Survenet, he was the head of Business Development and Process Design in Lucratel Limited. He was pivotal to the establishment of project management structure and process mapping in Lucratel. He spent most of his career as the associate Consultant with Espera Global Incorporation with full responsibilities for corporate strategy, process design, business research and development. He actively participated in the corporate restructuring of many blue chips companies in the country. He is an associate of Nigerian Institute of Training and Development, member Computer Society of Nigeria and Nigerian Institute of Management.
OLIYIDE Tope – Head, RF and Transmission The head of Survenet’s RF and Transmission is a young and brilliant transmission engineer with good track record with Mobitel. He was in charge of the transmission and switching systems of the south-south exchange of Mobitel. He participated extensively in the roll out and integration of the entire Mobitel network spanning the entire south-south region. He also anchored the development of system infrastructure and backbone for the network operator. He later joined Mobile Trackers Limited as the Head of its RF and Transmission where he handled most of the systems upgrades and downgrades projects for various GSM operators. He coordinated the Phase3’s fibre optics projects for Mobile Trackers using PHCN transmission lines spanning the entire northern and southern parts of the country. He also pioneered the Call Traffic Management project for MTS in partnership with Mobile Trackers. He has attended several professional training and workshops on new telecommunications technologies including those organized by Netcom Africa, Nigerian society of Engineers, Intelsat and SAAB Grintek. He is a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers.
